Ordering and Payment Methods

Please use our on-line ordering system, whether or not you intend to pay on-line.

Ordering	use our on-line ordering system, Print an order form, check for out-of-stock items, Phone, mail or fax us
Payment	pay by credit card using our secure website, pay through PayPal, Mail, Phone, or direct deposit

On-line ordering is easy

Unlike other "shopping cart" systems ours does not require you to pay on-line. It is easy to compile your order and send it to us without paying over the internet, if you wish. If you use our secure website to pay by credit card, you will not be charged until your order is ready to go.

To start your on-line order, go to either our products page, or our on-line catalogue and click on the picture of the item you would like to order. It will appear in a bigger view, and at the top of the page you will see an "order this" button. Once an order is started you can get a detailed view of your order with pictures, change or delete items from your order, clear your order & start again or finish/send us your order and pay

It is not necessary to get all your order together in one go, our system will "remember" your order and allow you to finish it later on (up to 2 months later!)

Ordering when you already know the product codes you want

If you already have a list of the items you want, then you don't have to hunt around our pages finding them. Just go to our "Order by Product Code" page, and type them in.

Payment methods

As the final step in our on-line ordering system you choose your preferred payment method:

Credit card	We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard via our secure website . You can also choose to phone in your credit card details after you submit your order. We accept Amex
PayPal	The PayPal payment method is free to join, and highly secure, it is owned by eBay. If you use this method we never get to see your credit card details. If you have more questions about PayPal click here
Direct deposit	EFT or Direct Deposit into our bank account: You choose this option when you finish your order and we will show you our direct deposit details. Pay over the internet using your Banks' on-line banking web site.
Cheques	Australian Bank Cheques and Australian Money Orders. We no longer accept these!

Miscellaneous

Freight Charges:

Within Australia freight by Parcel Post is $9 for any sized order, goods are sent by Australia Post. If you require Express post it costs $10 extra.
Outside Australia - we no longer post overseas

Currency:

All prices, credit cards and orders are processed in Australian Dollars.

Catalogue:

Browse our product catalogues by clicking on catalogues above (on our menu), each can be printed out by right-clicking and choosing "print this frame". A full-size image of each product is available on the catalogue by clicking the thumbnail image. We do not have a printed-on-paper catalogue.
