How to make your own glasses chain

[Copyright]

Simple project. Inexpensive. Useful result!

Measure out how much chain you want - ie how far down you want your glasses to hang when they are around your neck. You can tie a piece of string on your glasses to test this

Using our spectacle holders, attach a jumpring. (see our tutorial on how to open and close jumprings). Before you close the jumpring, attach the end of the chain to the jumpring too.

Repeat for the other end of the chain

To adjust the tightness on the arm of your glasses you you push the coil in closer along the clear plastic holder

Use any of our more decorative chains
Decorate with charms or dangle beads off a headpin
